Salary: $21.00 - $24.45 starting, DOE.
Are you ready to put your sparkling personality and passion for customer service to work in a dynamic dental office environment? We’re seeking a vibrant individual to join our team as a Dental Patient Services Representative!
Our Dental Patient Service Representative provides the first point of contact for our patients. You play a vital role in creating positive, friendly rapport with patients and are responsible for performing front office activities pertaining to the Dental department.
Dental Patient Services Representative
- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others achieve healthy smiles!
